I. With no wires, installation time is cut significantly.
II. The LSI system requires no calibration at set up, just set the parts of line and go to work.
III. Cranes operating around water sometimes utilize the older hydraulic load cells and two block systems. The wireless system significantly reduces the exposure to our clients in environmentally sensative areas.
IV. Standard 2 year replacement warranty on all components.
V. Ability to add sensors at any time gives our clients flexibility. The LSI line allows organizations to upgrade their systems at any time without having to remove the system and send it in.
VI. The wireless load cells have an accuracy rating of + or - 1% on a light load, and .01% on a heavy load.
VII. Standard C cell batteries are utilized on all sensors; batteries are available locally for our clients.
VIII. The LSI line of sensors are made of stainless steel and all electronics are potted to prevent moisture and salt degradation.
IX. Boom angle sensors require no special calibration and have an accuracy of 3/10 of a degree. |
X. All boom angle sensors can be configured to provide radius; this a standard feature and can be done in the field.
XI. All LS420 displays can accept any configuration of two block, load, angle, radius, length, or wind speed. The LS420 eliminates the need for several different displays in the cab.
XII. The LSI line offers a large range of wireless cells; 4K, 12K, 18K, 35K, 60K, 100K, and 170K cells as standard off the shelf items.
XIII. With no moving parts the LSI line of load cells are reliable and require little maintenance.
XIV. Portable displays are available that allow rigging managers to monitor loads from the ground. These displays are capable of monitoring 9 cranes on multiple crane lifts.
XV. The LSI line of load cells can double as a dynamometer. Used in conjunction with the portable display, the portable dynamometer is ideal for load tests, water bag tests, or measuring line tension on power line jobs.
